Complex Systems

„Management today happens most of the time in complex systems. Complex systems are not predictable and dynamic (meaning non-linear). So by this as a manger in a complex system you can not „know“ what to do – but you can maybe sense it.

Empiricism asserts that knowledge (and success) comes from experience and making decisions based on what you know. In complex environments, what will happen is unknown. Only what has happened my be used for forward-looking decision-making.

Central elements to navigate in complex systems are: transparency, inspection & adaptation and intuition. *

This inside should guide us in design an ussage of our management frameworks.
